    Elmer T. Norman, Jr., 75 years old, died peacefully after a short illness at Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice Home, Fredon Twp., N.J., on Saturday, May 9, 2015. Born to Elmer Norman, Sr., and Marie Norman in Dover, N.J., he had lived in Ogdensburg and Hamburg, N.J. for most of his life.

    Elmer served with the United States Navy during peacetime and then worked as a tool and die maker for Hewlett Packard in Rockaway, NJ and then for Schneider & Marquard in Fredon Twp., N.J., before retiring in 2011. Elmer enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors and was active with the local senior citizen groups.

    Elmer was predeceased by his wife, Judith Ann Norman (2010) and a brother, John Norman, and was the devoted father of Christine Cappuccia and her husband, Toby, of McKinney, TX, Deborah Hete and her husband, Stephen, Jr. of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., Daniel Norman and his wife, Dara, of McKinney, Texas, Scott Norman and his wife, Kimberly, of Milford, PA and James Norman of Hamburg, NJ. Dear brother of Donald Norman of Florida and Lawrence Norman of Randolph, N.J. Cherished by 7 grandchildren.

    The family will receive their friends at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, 1 Main Street, Franklin, N.J., on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at North Hardyston Cemetery, Hardyston Twp., N.J.
