Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Northern New Jersey recently donated professional business attire and provided career counseling to Pathways 2 Prosperity, a non-profit organization helping individuals in the Sussex County area.

Enterprise’s local Human Resources team worked alongside Teri Corso, Director of Career Services for the College of St. Elizabeth in Morristown to offer support to members of the organization.

“Our region has such close ties to the Sussex County community that we strive to provide support in any way we can,” said Jennifer Santiago, Enterprise’s regional talent acquisition manager. “Through our partnership with Teri Corso and work with Pathways 2 Prosperity, we’re able to help individuals jumpstart their career efforts which can benefit their families greatly.”

Members and students received professional development sessions that included mock interviews and general informational sessions. Santiago also organized a suit drive to benefit the members of Pathways, as well as students at the College of St. Elizabeth.

“I was going through my closet one day and found some professional attire that just didn’t suit me anymore," Santiago said. "I thought this could be a great opportunity to help the women I had met and students in need of business suits. I contacted my female colleagues to help provide even more professional options for women in the area. We were able to donate more than 20 suits, business casual separates, shoes and accessories.”

Corso said the clothes went flying off the rack at Pathways.

"We had a few pieces left which will be offered to our students," Corso said. "We’re incredibly thankful for Jennifer and the team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car for their generosity to our community."
