Top three issues: 1. To make sure that we support all first responders and give them the necessary tools to perform their jobs in the safest manner possible to help keep our citizens safe. 2. To look to the residents of Franklin Borough for guidance on important issues that can affect our entire community. 3. Work to bring new rateables to Route 23 while working to revitalize our once thriving Main Street.
