Networking event planned in Lake Hopatcong

LAKE HOPATCONG — Bridge Marina and the Jefferson Township Chamber of Commerce will host the eighth annual “Network on Lake Hopatcong” event at Bridge Marina’s lakeside facility on Thursday, June 25, from 6-8 p.m.

Guests are invited to enjoy an evening of networking, boat rides, live music, door prizes and more.

Each year, the event gathers close to 100 area business and community leaders for a casual evening of connections, cocktails, and cruises on Lake Hopatcong. New this year, Bridge Marina will offer one guest a free Boating Club membership.

“We started hosting this event eight years ago as a way to bring professionals from multiple Chambers of Commerce together," Bridge Marina owner Ray Fernandez said. "At Bridge Marina, we’re passionate about making connections, whether it’s connecting people with boating and Lake Hopatcong or connecting with other business professionals. In partnership with the Jefferson Township Chamber of Commerce, this event allows us to put that passion into action – helping people make connections.”

Fernandez is an active member of the Jefferson Township, Morris County, and Sussex County Chambers of Commerce and former president of the Jefferson Township Chamber of Commerce.

Cost is $25 for members of the Jefferson Township, Morris County, and Sussex County Chambers of Commerce; $30 for non-members. Proceeds benefit the Jefferson Township Chamber of Commerce. Space is limited and pre-registration is required by June 19.
