Crystal Springs to celebrate Father's Day weekend

HAMBURG — Crystal Springs Resort celebrates Father’s Day weekend with the return of two favorites: the 7th annual N.J> Beer & Food Festival on Saturday, June 20, and the Father’s Day barbecue in the Chef’s Garden with Crystal Springs’ Chef John Greeley and NYC’s acclaimed Hometown Bar-B-Que Pitmaster Billy Durney on Sunday, June 21.

Saturday, June 20, will bring the annual N.J. Beer & Food Festival with the Brews & Birdies golf tournament and the BBQ & Brews Fest, which showcases more than 150 beers from 40 breweries including many craft brews from New York and New Jersey paired with delicious barbeque in a picturesque outdoor setting from 3-7 p.m.

Live band Phillbilly will play classic tunes and today’s hottest hits. The Brews & Birdies golf tournament will start earlier at 9 a.m. and tastings of craft beers will be available on several holes of the course.

For the Father’s Day barbecue on Sunday, acclaimed Pitmaster Billy Durney will collaborate with Crystal Springs Resort Executive Chef John Greeley on a menu of BBQ dishes showcasing the Chef’s Garden’s wood-fired grills, oven and smoker.
