Beer, Boots and BBQ Dance Party with Nashville Legends event

Centenary Stage Company will host a Beer, Boots & BBQ dance party on Saturday, Aug. 1, before a performance of Nashville Legends at the Carol and David Lackland Center in Hackettstown.

The event features a pig roast provided by Hackettstown’s renowned Piggy’s Deli, cash bar, and dancing to the band Late Night Kennel Club in the Lackland Center’s Kutz Theater before the Centenary Stage Company Summer Jamfest series show Nashville Legends, a high-energy celebration of the some of the great artists who passed through Nashville in the ’50s and ’60s.

The show features the music of Johnny Cash, Bo Diddley, Carl Perkins, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis and the King himself, Elvis Presley.

The $60 price for the 5:30 to 10 p.m. event includes the pig roast plus VIP tickets (first three rows) to the Nashville Legends performance in the Sitnik Theater. For the true rocker, a $75 ticket includes the Beer, Boots & BBQ Party plus a seat on stage for the Nashville Legends performance. Stage seating is limited to 20.

The event’s proceeds benefit the Centenary Stage Company, funding artists’ fees and educational outreach programs.
