Franklin man faces DWI charges

A borough man faces DWI charges after police investigated a complaint of a suspect driving while intoxicated.

David A. Randall, 33, was charged with driving while intoxicated and multiple motor vehicle violations on Sunday, June 28. he also was charged with of disorderly conduct and DWI with minors in the vehicle.

Police said a motor vehicle stop was conducted near the Weiss parking area, which matched the description of the intitial complaint. Police said an officer recognized Randall and said the officer kneww his driving privileges were suspended. Police said Randall was alleged to be impaired during the investigation an unable to operate a motor vehicle safely. Police also said two juveniles were in the vehicle, neither of which were injuured or required any medical attention. Police said he endangered them by operating a vehicle while impaired.

Randall was released pending a Court appearance in Franklin Municipal Court.
