Nacastro joins Franklin ShopRite

FRANKLIN — Vincent Nicastro has joined the Franklin ShopRite as an assistant store manager in training, where he will contribute to the overall operational aspects of the store with particular emphasis on the customer experience, sales and merchandising promotions and training and developing associates.

Nicastro has extensive retail food experience having working with Kings Supermarkets and The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company for over three decades. He has functioned as an assistant store manager and general store manager at more than 10 different store locations, along with leading teams of associates in salesmanship, recruitment, training and customer service.

Nicastro attended Rutgers University and has participated in Cornell University’s Food Industry Management program.

He resides in Elmwood Park with his wife and children.
