Franklin ShopRite brings in new dietician on Live right team

FRANKLIN — Kara Benkendorf of Sussex Borough will work at the Franklin ShopRite as a dietician on the store's Live Right team.

Benkendorf received a bachelor of science in Nutrition and Food Science from Montclair State University and holds a concentration in Dietetics.

She has work experience from Hackensack University Medical Center and Mountainside Hospital where she worked as a food service worker and dietary aid.

She also volunteered with Chilton Hospital, where she designed and formatted menus for specialized diets, as well as having gained retail experience as a Nutrition Intern with the ShopRite of Oakland.

Benkendorf is a resident of Sussex and she will be working at the ShopRite of Franklin.
