Pearl E. Green, age 80, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2015, at her residence while surrounded by her loving family. Born on June 15, 1935, in Westtown, N.Y., to the late Percy and Emma Lazier, Mrs. Green had lived in Sussex County all of her life. She had been employed as a seamstress at Morley's Shirt Company in Franklin from 1976 until they closed the factory. She had previously attended the Glenwood Baptist Church. Mrs. Green is survived by her husband, Allen E. Green; her sons, Allen and his wife, Lisa Green, of Conway, S.C., James and his wife, Kelli Green, of Hopatcong, Douglas of Hamburg, and Linn of Hamburg; her daughters, Betty Niemeyer of Milford, Pa., Donna Rofrano and her husband, Paul, of Smyrna, Tenn., Karen Gruver and her husband, Edwin, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., and Tammie Scott and her husband, Richard, of Milford, Pa.; her brothers, Percy Lazier, Jr. of Vernon, Howard Lazier of Newport, Va., Phillip Lazier of Sussex Borough, Alan Lazier of Vernon, and Dale Lazier of Vernon; her sister, Diane Crane of Vernon; 34 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at the Pinkel Funeral Home, 31 Bank Street (Route 23), Sussex. Interment will follow at North Hardyston Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects to the family on Monday, July 27, 2015, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
