Boating safety course planned in Augusta

AUGUSTA — A Boat New Jersey course will be offered by N.J> Boating Safety Classes in Augusta on Sunday, Aug. 16, at the Visions Federal Credit Union, 47 Route 206 Suite 1, from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
The course meets the needs of boaters and personal watercraft operators for a basic overview of boat and PWC operation. The boating safety class is required by the State of New Jersey Division of State Police Marine Law Enforcement for boat safety education and is approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators.
The course meets the New Jersey state law requirements for NJ boating safety certification.
There will be a $75 fee, which covers the cost of the course and all materials.
