Chamber offers Farmers Expo

Former Vernon Senior of the Year Terri Van Emburgh brought a plaque with her to the Farm Expo. It was a gift she received the night before when she threw out the first pitch at the Sussex County MinersþÄô Friday night game at Skylands Stadium in Frankford.

VERNON — The township’s Chamber of Commerce tried something new last Saturday with its first Farm Expo.
Several of Vernon’s farms were represented along with additional local businesses.
The vendors assembled in the parking lot directly across Church Street from the municipal building.
