NEWTON — It was a time warp back to the 70s inside Newton Theatre on Wednesday, April 9, when WSUS Radio hosted a 70s costume contest before Arrival from Sweden took the stage.
Locals attending the concert dressed up in their best 70s attire and competed for the winning title and prizes.
First place winner Patti DiGeronimo of Mount Arlinton won tickets to see Satchmo on Broadway. Second place winner Tony Noriega of Lake Hopatcong, won tickets to Tusk: Ultimate Fleetwood Mac Tribute band at the Newton Theatre, and third place finisher Jenna Chirico, 9, of Westtown, N.Y., won a Crystal Springs gift certificate.
