Library book sale benefits ‘Operation NJ Cares'

WANTAGE — The Friends of the Sussex-Wantage Library will hold its annual spring used book sale on Friday, May 15, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and on Saturday, May 16 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. A $2 bag sale will be held on Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. The Friends and “Operation New Jersey Cares” are partnering to collect books for U.S. troops from the sale. Purchase paperback books for 50 cents each at the book sale and donate by depositing in the special “paperback books for the troops” box. Operation New Jersey Cares will mail all of the collected books. Call the library at 973-875-3940 for more information.
