Snowshoe hikes set for February

WANTAGE — High Point State Park will offer naturalist-guided snowshoe hikes on Feb. 7, 21 and 28 beginning at 11 a.m. Organizers said traveling by snowshoe “is a fun way to explore the winter world.” These hikes are suitable for adults and children ages eight and up. Locations will vary. Further information will be provided at registration. A limited number of snowshoes are available for use during the hikes, but must be reserved in advance.
