Jeffrey N. Dekmar, Sr., age 46, passed away on Friday, Oct. 4, 2019, at his residence in Mine Hill. Born in Denville, Jeffrey grew up in the Stockholm section of Hardyston and lived in Denville and Kenvil before moving to Mine Hill Township a year ago. He was a tattoo artist at the Tattoo Factory in Ledgewood for many years. He is survived by his two sons, Jeffrey N. Dekmar, Jr., of Stockholm and Justin Dekmar of Wharton; his mother, Sandra Helmond and her husband Robert of Stockholm; his father, Eugene Dekmar of Wantage; and his sister, Carrie Tonski of Florida. Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019, at the Stockholm United Methodist Church, 27 Route 515, Stockholm, NJ 07460.
