DeGeorge to lead Kinnelon office

AnnMarie DeGeorge has been appointed Broker Manager of Berkshire Hathaway Gross and Jansen’s Kinnelon office.

The announcement comes nine months after the real estate company extended its operations beyond Sussex County.

Karen Glowacki, president of Berkshire Hathaway Gross and Jansen, said increased business activity benefits sellers and buyers.

“We’re fostering a seamless flow of transactions between our offices, enhancing service delivery,” she said.

DeGeorge has 25 years of experience as a broker sales associate and is recognized as a top-selling agent and local authority.

She specializes in buyer and listing agent services, commercial real estate and consultations for for-sale-by-owners.

”With over five decades of residence in North Jersey, AnnMarie possesses in-depth knowledge of the local market dynamics in Wayne, Pequannock Township and Franklin Lakes,” Glowacki said. “Her leadership will further elevate our presence in Morris County while upholding the esteemed Gross and Jansen legacy.”

DeGeorge said she was honored to extend the Gross and Jansen brand.

She assumes her new role immediately.
