Enough already

Whereby a statute already exists stating a municipality has an obligation to co-sign a loan with a private lake organization for dam repair and assess the township accordingly, the arguments against assessing the community at large are unfounded. In light of the recent tragic fire that affected the Bimbi home, (where seven tankers were drawn from Lake Neepaulin to suppress the fire), who of sound mind would dare challenge the benefits the lake provides to a wide range of residents?
