LEAF rakes it in

Lafayette — The Lafayette Education Advancement Foundation, an independent, non-profit community based group of Lafayette residents, recently held its second annual dinner dance at the Lafayette House. The foundation, which calls itself LEAF, will use the proceeds from the dance to offer enhanced programs to students at the Lafayette Township School that are proposed by the school administration, teachers and staff. Upcoming events include a Cinco De Mayo 5k Run/Walk, to be held on May 2 at Lafayette Village and a dinner dance planned for next fall.
