August sees opening of state fair

Ogdensburg resident Corey Houghtaling and his Labrador Retriever Atticus toured the fair on Saturday. Following two tours of duty in Afghanistan as a marine, Houghtaling uses the dog to ease his post-traumatic stress disorder.
