Franklin scouts help retire old flags

FRANKLIN — American Legion Post 132 held it's American flag retirement ceremony on Tuesday, Flag day.
They were helped by the local Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. The flames reached high and each scout felt the heat from the flame as they threw one or more flags onto the fire to be honorably retired.
