A Saturday filled with sunshine prompted many area residents to get outside to attend Hardyston Day on Sept. 21.
The fields on Wheatsworth Road were the home to family friendly games, vendors and entertainment, along with plenty of food and desserts.
Children especially enjoyed rock wall climbing, a bouncy house, a trackless train ride, petting zoo, dance routines from Dance Expressions, Karate demonstrations from Master Ken’s Xtreme Martial Arts, and of course ice cream and cotton candy.
Hardyston Day was part of a 2-day fall family festival. A concert and fireworks took place Friday night from 6-8 p.m., Sept. 20.
Area residents will have another opportunity to enjoy Franklin Borough’s Fall Festival on Sept. 26– 29.
