LAFAYETTE — The 2013 Miss Lafayette Pageant, which took place at the Lafayette Pond Recreation Area in Lafayette on June 23, was won by 17 year old Kayla Vaughan.
Vaughan beat out runner up 18 year old Noelle Schofer, a graduate of High Point Regional High School in Sussex.
Vaughan is a graduate of Sussex County Technical High School in Sparta. Vaughan's victory makes her eligible to compete in the Queen of the Fair Pageant at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in August.
