LAFAYETTE — The Lafayette Elementary Township held its annual “Muffins for Moms and Donuts for Dads.”
The event, sponsored and hosted by the Lafayette PTO, brought students and their parents together to share time and a tasty breakfast. A buffet of muffins, donuts, juice, and fresh fruit were available for everyone to enjoy. The donuts were donated by the Sondej family of Rock Land Bakery.
Tokens of appreciation were provided for the students to give to their parents, to thank them for all that they do. There were carnations to give to their moms and valentine footballs to give to their dads.
The Lafayette students also enjoyed a free raffle with the chance to win a large stuffed tiger.
