Lakeland Bank CEO announces promotions

OAK RIDGE — Thomas J. Shara, president and chief executive officer of Lakeland Bank recently announced several officer promotions

Dije Alliu of Lafayette has been promoted to assistant treasurer, Online Banking Sales and Support, Milton Operations Center.

Alliu joined Lakeland Bank in December 2001 as a part-time teller in the Branchville office. She was promoted to teller manager in April 2007 and in March 2008 transferred to the position of online banking support in computer services. In March 2006, her position transitioned to her current role in the business intelligence and eBanking department. Kathy Blake of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., has been promoted to assistant treasurer, ACH-Debit Card Coordinator, Milton Operations Center.

Blake joined the former NBSC in July 1987 as an accounting clerk. She left in October 1989 and was rehired in December 1994 as a bookkeeper. Her position transitioned to senior computer operator and in March 2014 she was promoted to ACH-debit card coordinator. In 2011, she received her Accredited ACH Professional accreditation.

Colleen Krauss of Matamoras, Pa., was promoted to assistant branch manager in the Lafayette office. Prior to joining the Bank, Krauss worked for TD Bank as a head teller in Warwick, N.Y.
