CHARACTERISTICS

Our handsome boy Roscoe is celebrating his first birthday on July 19, but he’d rather be celebrating in a forever home!

Roscoe came to us in June from an overcrowded shelter in Virginia, where he had been living in a trailer and sadly not getting much attention.

Because of this, sometimes he can be a little shy when he meets someone new, but within minutes, he’s wagging his tail, hoping to go home with you.

He has quickly become a favorite and always gets complimented at our events.

He loves playing with his dog friends here at the shelter, so now he’s just waiting for someone like you to come meet him.
