Newton Habitat for Humanity accepting applications

Sussex County Habitat for Humanity announces that it is now accepting applications for a 3-bedroom house in Hardwick.
The price is estimated to be between $120,000 & 140,000 and Sussex County Habitat for Humanity will hold a 30-year interest free mortgage. There will be a mandatory Home Application Orientation Session at: 82 Mount View Street, Newton, New Jersey on July 20, 2019 from 10 a.m. until noon.
At this meeting, the details for completing the application will be covered and questions will be answered. It would be helpful to download & review the application & Family Selection criteria documents prior to the Orientation Session.
The fully completed application, along with photocopies of all supporting documentation and the application fee, must be received by Sussex County Habitat for Humanity at 82 Mount View Street, Newton, NJ 07860 on or before 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 5, 2019.
