OGDENSBURG — The Character Education Student and Teacher Committee at Ogdensburg School decided to spice up the month of April and encourage the school to "Spring into Good Character" with a door decorating contest.
The theme had to encompass the character traits that have been recognized throughout the year (respect, responsibility, honesty, fairness, kindness, dependability, cooperation, citizenship, and self-discipline).
The competition was intense, but the overall winners were chosen by administration: PreK-2 winner was Miss Winton's homeroom, 3-5 winner was Mrs. McGuire's homeroom, and 6-8 winner was Mrs. Cooper's homeroom.
