Ogdensburg. Ogdensburg is offering a free full-day preschool for residents.
All Ogdensburg children ages 3 to 5 are welcome. The preschool uses the research-based Creative Curriculum, using hands-on, project-based investigations as a pathway to learning.
Classrooms will have no more than 15 students and will have a teacher and at least one paraprofessional.
