AUGUSTA — While their Outdoor Recreation & Sportsmen’s Expo was going on next door, Skylands Stadium held its second annual Beer Fest, with patrons able to enter the expo at no additional charge. Dozens of brands and varieties of beer and ale were available for sampling and purchase.
Planning ahead, charter buses brought patrons to the festival, so that designated drivers weren’t needed for many of the partygoers. Attractions and activities for the afternoon included bull riding, Knockerball competitions, and live music provided by the band Toy Canon.
