FRANKLIN — The third and fourth grade students from Franklin Borough School had a visit from the New Jersey Watershed Ambassadors Program.

The program helped students to become more aware of water issues such as pollution from the roadways that flows into the Wallkill River. The students used small containers of water and spooned-out insects for their exploration. They examined the insects with magnifying glasses and had to match the insect to the corresponding picture.
