Two injured in boat hit and run

Jefferson — State Police are seeking the operator of a boat they crashed into another vessel on Lake Hopatcong on Saturday night and fled.
The incident happened at about 10 p.m. at Woodport Cove near Mason Street Pub, according to State Police.
Two of the five occupants inside a Chaparra motor boat suffered minor injuries in the accident. None were hospitalized,
The boat being sought is described as a large, white cabin boat with an aluminum prop, and should have damage to the hull and damage to the prop. There is no description of the suspect.
State police say the boat fled the scene after the crash and didn't stop.
The Chaparra boat suffered significant damage.
