MAJOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Completion dates are weather-dependent for many projects. Note: There will be no lane closures between 6 a.m. on July 3 and noon on July 6. Frankford: Phillips Road, closed indefinitely; detour posted. Hamburg Borough: intersection of Route 23 and 94; construction with alternate lane closure ongoing. Hampton: Bridge H-03 on County Route 622 over Paulins Kill; single lane closures with alternating traffic and several full closures (after the school year ends) for utility work between 5/18 and 6/22; to be announced on message boards several days ahead of scheduled closures. Lafayette Township: construction on NJ 15 northbound at NJ 94; traffic shift from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.; estimated completion by July 6. Sandyston Township: construction on US 206 northbound at north of CR 560/Dingmans Road; alternate lanes from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.; estimated completion by July 6. Vernon Township: construction on NJ 94 both directions between south of County Route 517/Mcafee Road, and north of County Route 644/Vernon Crossings Road; alternate lanes blocked from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Wantage Township: construction on NJ 23 northbound, County Route 565/Glenwood Rd.; traffic shift from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; expected completion June 12. Also construction on NJ 23 northbound, south of Brink Road; right lane and shoulder closed from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.; estimated completion by July 6. West Milford Township: construction on NJ 23 both directions at Paterson Hamburg Turnpike; alternate lanes closed from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.; estimated completion by June 29.
