Robert McNerney elected to board at Sussex Bank

Franklin — The Board of Directors at Sussex Bank announced Robert McNerney as the newest addition to the Sussex Bank Board. McNerney has been active in the commercial real estate business since 1977 and owns a real estate company, McNerney & Associates, Inc., providing appraisal, management, brokerage and development services throughout northern New Jersey and New York. Additionally, McNerney is a licensed appraiser and real estate broker in New Jersey and New York and holds an MAI and SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. He also holds a CRE designation from the Counsellors of Real Estate, which is awarded to individuals nominated by their peers who possess extensive experience in the commercial real estate business. McNerney is the past president of the Northeast Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, is a former member of the board of directors of Saddle River Valley Bank and is a member of the board of directors of the Friendship House, located in Hackensack.
