Golfer nets her second lifetime hole-in-one at Wild Turkey Golf Course

FRANKLIN — Gloria Grumet netted her second lifetime hole-in-one at Crystal Springs Golf Resort's Wild Turkey Golf Course.
She aced the 135-yard 10th hole. The shot was witnessed by her husband, Jack, and John and Buffy Whiting. The hole was a par 3 that overlooks Sussex County toward the High Point Monument and must be played from an elevated tee, requiring the golfer to compensate for the drop in elevation when executing a tee shot.
Grumet's ball landed perfectly on the front part of the green and tracked straight toward the pin.
The first hole-in-one of her golfing career came at New Jersey's St. Andrews Country Club using a 9-wood.
Grumet and her husband Jack reside in Florida during the winter and spend the summer in New Jersey. This was the first time they played the Wild Turkey Golf Course.
