SUSSEX BOROUGH — High Point's fifth- and sixth-grade lacrosse team had a 4-3 win against Newton on Wednesday.
High Point started in the North Jersey Junior Lacrosse League just two months ago thanks to Andrew Katterman and Marc Russell. This is High Point's first year introducing lacrosse prior to entering High School.
The program currently has teams for grades second through fifth grade and home field is Frankford Park.
The kids have played amazingly so far and showed an immediate love for the sport.
