March 25 Thomas Sisco. 42, of Ogdensburg pled guilty to the third degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a school. Sentencing is presently anticipated for May 1. He admitted that on March 24, 2007 he gave a bag of heroin to another individual while in Barrister’s Bar on Spring St. in Newton which is within 1,000 feet of St. Joseph’s Elementary School. March 27 Robert S. Levy, 49, of Livingston, was sentenced to four years probation, AA/NA meetings five times per week, intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment, 300 hours community service, $1,250 in fines and a six month loss of driver’s license. He pled guilty on Jan. 6, to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He admitted to possessing 23 bags of heroin in his home on Aug. 20, 2008. March 27 Cynthia A. Grau, 20, of Newton, was sentenced to three years probation, 47 days credit for time served in jail, intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment and $955 in fines. She pled guilty on Feb. 2, to the fourth degree crime of possession of prescription legend drug. She admitted to possessing numerous seroquel and klonopin tablets without a prescription in Newton on April 21, 2008. March 30 Michael J. Kaloudis, 20, of Stanhope was sentenced to 180 days jail and $155 in fines. He pled guilty on March 9 to the fourth degree crime of resisting arrest. He admitted to running away from police when they came to his home to arrest him on an outstanding bench warrant. Carrie Sheehan, 26, of Tranquility was sentenced to three years drug court probation, 29 days credit for time served in jail, inpatient substance abuse treatment, $1,205 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license. She pled guilty on Feb. 2 to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. She admitted to possessing three bags of heroin in Newton on Sept. 13, 2008. Valentia Bautista, 19, of Saddlebrook pled guilty to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Sentencing is presently anticipated for May 1. He admitted to possessing four bags of heroin in Vernon Township on Nov. 7, 2008. Katherine R. Schneider, 22, of Highland Lakes pled guilty to the third degree crime of conspiracy to distribute a controlled dangerous substance. Sentencing is presently anticipated for May 1. She admitted to conspiring with other individuals on or about Nov. 7, 2008 to distribute oxycodone in the Township of Vernon. March 31 Lindsay M. Mussaro, 23, of Frankford, was arrested on three charges. One count of sexual assault, second-degree, one count of criminal sexual contact, fourth-degree and one count of endangering the welfare of a minor, third-degree. Mussaro is being held on $100,000 bail with no 10 percent option. Between March 21 and March 28, 2009 the defendant committed acts of sexual penetration, and sexual contact with the intimate parts of a minor male. April 3 Jonathan D. Wagner, 26, of Lafayette was sentenced to three years probation and was ordered to serve 90 days in jail, of which 60 days can be served in the Sheriff’s Labor Assistance Program. He must submit to a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations, continue attending AA, attend a 48-hour IDRC program, perform 200 hours of community service and his driving privileges were suspended for 12 months. He must pay total fines and penalties of $830 and submit a DNA sample at his expense. He pled guilty on Feb. 9 to eluding, a third degree crime, and to a motor vehicle violation of driving while intoxicated. On Sept. 27, 2008 the defendant led New Jersey State Police troopers on a high speed chase from Route 206 in Frankford Township to Route 15 in Lafayette Township. After running a red light at the intersection of Route 206 and Plains Road, passing another vehicle over the double yellow lines, losing control of the vehicle and crashing into an embankment, the car finally came to a stop and the defendant was arrested. Edward A. Dudas, 25, of Tannersville, Penn. was sentenced to five years probation which will be transferred to Pennsylvania. He was ordered to serve 364 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility and was given credit for 114 days served. He must enter and complete an intensive outpatient program, submit to random urine monitoring and pay restitution in the amount of $39,000 He must pay total fines and penalties of $205 and submit a DNA sample at his expense. He pled guilty on Feb. 17 to burglary, a third degree crime. On Dec. 9, 2008 in Green Township the defendant entered a residence without the homeowner’s consent or knowledge and stole a digital camera and jewelry. He confessed to the burglary and theft of the items upon being questioned by police. Stephen Blaine, 23, of Shawanese, Penn. was sentenced to three years in New Jersey State Prison. Blaine pled guilty on Feb. 23 to third degree burglary and third degree theft. He admitted to entering the home of a Wantage resident and taking coins and currency, clothing, video games and a bronze medallion. Robert Antonecchia, 21, of Highland Lakes, was sentenced to three years probation on condition that he undergo a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations, complete 75 hours of community service, undergo random drug testing, obtain/maintain employment, submit a DNA sample, attend Narcotics Anonymous three times per week, pay $502 restitution to the victim and $1330 in court fines/fees. He pled guilty on Feb. 9, to third degree possession of heroin and fourth degree theft. In November of 2008 he was found to be in possession of heroin and in July of 2008 Antonecchia waited in a vehicle while a co-defendant took a leaf blower from a truck. He then sold the leaf blower. Roosevelt Wright, 53, of East Orange, was sentenced to three years probation, 72 days county jail, $1,205 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license. He pled guilty on Feb. 23 to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He admitted to possessing a bag of heroin that he was trying to hide during the course of a motor vehicle stop by Sparta Police on April 22, 2008. Christopher Shortway, 24, of Wantage was sentenced to three years state prison, $1,205 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license. He pled guilty on March 16 to the third degree crime of attempting to defraud a drug test. He admitted to trying to avoid giving a urine sample while on probation by using a whiz-a-nator. April 8 Adam Curry, 20, of Highland Lakes, was sentenced to two five-year indeterminate terms to run consecutively, with 154 days jail credit and a two-year driver’s license suspension. He must also submit a DNA sample, pay a total of $4,734 in restitution to the various victims and $4,180 in court fines/fees. He pled guilty on Jan. 28, to two counts distribution of heroin, possession of controlled dangerous substance, two counts burglary and four counts theft n all crimes of the third degree. On several occasions in 2008 Curry broke into a landscape trailer in Vernon and took several thousand dollars’ worth of landscape equipment and broke into a vehicle in Vernon taking stereo equipment. On another occasion in Vernon he also was found to be in possession of marijuana plants at his home. Curry admitted to entering a storage shed at Mountain Creek and stealing a TV, laptop computer and camera. He also sold heroin on two separate occasions.
